We serve short-term vacation rentals and provide cleaning services in the South Kohala district and up to the Honoka'a area including Waimea. Our current clients are in Waikōloa Village and Honoka'a but we are also open to serving short-term vacation rentals found in Waikoloa Beach, Mauna Lani, Puako, Mauna Kea Resort and other areas within a roughly 25 mile radius of Waikōloa Village.

Fully Stocked and Ready: We manage your property's inventory, ensuring that it's fully stocked with essentials like toiletries, kitchen supplies, and fresh linens. Your guests will feel right at home.
Restocking and Refurbishing: We monitor inventory levels and replenish items as needed, making sure that your property is always guest ready.
Walkthroughs: A trusted person will check your home for pests, leaks, pick up the mail, run the car and any other service you request. Service is billed on a monthly basis ($60 per hour).
